Notice is hereby given to all current Club members that a General meeting has been convened to propose and vote on a special resolution to merge with Bentleigh Greens Soccer Club. Details of the proposed merger and special resolution can be found by clinking this link:
The General meeting of members will take place as follows:
Time: 9:00am
Date: Sunday 26 November 2023
Place: Clubrooms Kingston Heath Soccer Complex, 289 Centre Rd, Cheltenham
Technology: Arrangements can be made for members who cannot attend the meeting in person to participate remotely by the use of technology. If a member wishes to so participate remotely, please advise BUFC by email at president@baysideunitedfc.com.au by noon on Thursday 23 November 2023.
